Radiation in Microelectronics
Also in the advanced industry for the production of electronic microcomponents, devices are used which are capable of generating radiation, first of all the so-called ion implanters. The radiation fields generated are not useful for the production process, but constitute an unavoidable secondary effect. With proper engineering of the machinery, these radiation can be reduced, but not eliminated.
Radiation and Robotic collaborates with microelectronics industries to ensure maximum safety and protection of workers engaged with these particular particle accelerators.
REMOTE RADIATION READER

The RRR (Remote Radiation Reader) is a control system for radiation risk areas, using a high-sensitivity scintillation detector.
RRR sends data wirelessly to a remote server. All data can be read in real time from external devices (PC, Tablet, smartphone) and stored for subsequent analysis and processing.
Initially developed for typical use in operatings room, where the wired connections are impossible to install, the industrial version is designed for installation in clean rooms where electronic microchips are made.
It allows you to view the level of radiation present in "hot" areas without the need to access inside. With IOT technology, the detected data are transmitted remotely and can also be read from mobile positions such as smartphones, keeping all measured radiometric values under control.
All results that exceed a predetermined threshold value are recorded and they can be subsequently analyzed to understand the occurrence of any process anomalies and proceed with any corrective actions.
